Currently employed at the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a Professional Officer for Banking and Accounting, for an indefinite period of time, and I continue to work on my training and education.
My biggest hobby is cycling and I am very passionate about it, to the extent that it has been implicated in almost every pore of my life. In 2013, we founded the association “HerzegovinaBike” in order to work through the association and projects to popularize cycling as a sport and as tourism, and I can freely say that we have done great things in this field. Of the more significant projects, I would like to single out:
- In 2013, we were a partner in the project “Revitalization of the narrow-gauge railway Ćiro”, which was even rated by the German agency GIZ as one of the best projects and they use it as an example of an excellent project. The project is funded by the European Union through the Cross-border Cooperation Program Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina 2007-2013; IPA component II – Cross-border cooperation, and the value of the project is 935,000 EUR.
- In 2019, together with the Regional Development Agency for Herzegovina (REDAH), we were a partner in the project of identifying cycling infrastructure in the area of ZZH.
- In 2020, a partner in the project “Cycling Rural” – bicycle routes to improve the natural and cultural heritage of Herzegovina and Montenegro, is implemented within the Cross-border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro, funded by the European Union worth 400,000 EUR.
- In 2020, a partner in the project of promoting local tourism and open-air tourism, the European Union within the EU4Business supported the project “CIRO – World Heritage Trail”. The total value of the project is 370,000 EUR.
